Speech & Language Support Services

Our Speech & Language Support services are designed to help children and families strengthen communication skills in a supportive, practical, and family-centered way.

I work under the guidance and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide carryover support, guided practice, and everyday strategies that reinforce speech and language goals in real-life settings.

How I Support Speech & Language Development

Under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist, I may support children with:

  • Language stimulation and modeling
  • Following directions and receptive language practice
  • Expressive language support (words, phrases, functional communication)
  • Social communication and pragmatic language skills
  • Play-based communication activities
  • Visual supports and communication tools
  • Parent/caregiver coaching for home carryover

All activities are tailored to the child’s individual needs, sensory profile, and communication style.

Important Disclosure

I am not a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and do not diagnose, assess, or provide independent speech therapy services.

All speech and language support provided:

  • Is non-diagnostic
  • Is non-clinical
  • Focuses on practice, reinforcement, and carryover
  • Is delivered under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Any formal assessments, diagnoses, or therapy plans are completed by the supervising SLP.
